Tiffany R. Taylor
Associate

My experience has given me a wholistic understanding of the industry – from early, preparatory land work through the execution of sophisticated operational agreements. Accordingly, I am uniquely situated to advise my clients throughout each phase of their operations.

Tiffany Taylor advises upstream and midstream energy clients on a broad range of transactional and operational matters across Texas and other key producing states. Her experience includes negotiating and drafting complex agreements such as purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, farmout and participation agreements, lease acquisition documents and surface use agreements, along with conducting and leading large-scale diligence projects. On the midstream side, Tiffany regularly handles commercial arrangements involving gathering, processing, compression and transportation of hydrocarbons as well as related access agreements. She has guided clients through multimillion-dollar transactions involving both producing assets and midstream infrastructure, consistently delivering practical, business-oriented legal solutions. Her deep understanding of the commercial and legal dynamics of oil and gas operations makes her a strategic partner for companies pursuing growth opportunities.

Additionally, Tiffany conducts title examinations for oil and gas producers, and advises clients in multi-million dollar mineral buying acquisitions throughout Texas, and in conjunction with local counsel for assets in Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico and North Dakota. She also has extensive experience advising landmen, drafting numerous curative documents and litigating various title matters to assist operators in preparation for large-scale drilling projects.
