Melanie Green

I focus my practice on building personal relationships with my clients so that I may provide thoughtful guidance and strategies that reflect each client’s unique values and long-term objectives.  My goal is to help clients navigate each matter with confidence, clarity and ease.

Melanie Green joined Gray Reed in 2025 after serving as a Summer Associate in 2024. During her summer clerkship, she worked with the firm's transactional attorneys on various matters such as conducting legal research and preparing corporate governance and estate planning documents, gaining practical experience in transactional practice and client service.

Prior to law school, Melanie worked as a Mergers and Acquisitions and Tax Intern at a Big 4 accounting firm, where she gained experience in federal tax filings, transaction-related tax analysis and client valuation work for acquisitions.
