Mary Hatcher joined Gray Reed as an associate in 2025 after completing the firm’s Summer Associate program. During her time with the firm, she collaborated with attorneys on a variety of matters, gaining practical experience and insight into Gray Reed’s client-first approach. She also previously interned with Judge Tanya Garrison of the 157th Harris County Court, observing courtroom proceedings and gaining valuable legal experience.

Mary earned her J.D. from South Texas College of Law in Houston and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A. in political science.
