John T. Wooldridge, Jr.
Associate

I take my responsibility of providing clients with thoughtful legal advice and practical counsel seriously. To do this effectively, I work to gain a deep understanding of both their immediate goals and long-term needs, then develop creative, results-driven strategies tailored to achieving the best possible outcome.

John Wooldridge is a commercial litigator and certified mediator who represents clients in complex business and construction disputes across Texas. He has experience handling matters in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings, and delivers strategic counsel at every stage of the litigation process.

John regularly represents developers, general contractors and other construction industry stakeholders in claims involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, construction defects, negligence, differing site conditions, delay and disruption, loss of productivity, liquidated damages and lien and bond enforcement. He also advises businesses navigating a range of commercial disputes, always focused on protecting client interests and driving efficient outcomes.

Whether in the courtroom or across the negotiation table, John brings a balanced, solution-driven approach informed by his work on both sides of the docket and his training as a mediator.
